This would be even more diving if we had heirloom tomatoes. Still, the double cream buffalo mozzarella makes this a dish of sweet decadence.





Slice tomatoes, add some chopped basil to each tomato, then top with the cheese. Drizzle some olive oil and balsamic vinegar to take this to the top!
