Training

We have a tough regime ahead of us for the next two weeks. Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday we are to complete a long distance ride. The distance of the rides will steadily increase up to 100 miles on the last day of the month.



Our first ride will be the North Salt Lake Loop ride. It's a nice little stretch that goes from the loft to Woods Cross. To make us even stronger, we will be towing our weight filled trailers behind us.




Our goal is the Oquirrh Hills Century Loop. That will be quite the challenge.



On our off days, we will be mountain biking most likely on the Bonneville Shoreline Trail. Goodbye soft, jiggly legs. Hello hard, muscular quads!
