We had to make sure we woke up very early in the morning on Wednesday. Camping is illegal at the reservoir. It's too bad more people don't enjoy the mornings. Dawn is one of the most magnificent times of the day.
It would have been lovely to stay there all day, but we were getting eager to get back home. It was just a few quick climbs on the bikes and then the rest of the ride back to the loft was easy. It was 80% downhill!
I really gained an amazing sense of accomplishment after this tour. The ride on Monday night, was the hardest ride I've ever done. It's amazing what your body can do with a bit of determination. At this point, I'm feeling that the sky is the limit!
