How We Spend Our Non-Lift Days

Joe and I have season passes to Brighton Ski Resort. However, they are only valid from Monday-Thursday. On Friday, we had some powder fever and decided to take our boards up Big Cottonwood Canyon to go play around Mill D South. We had the entire hill to ourselves, and we spent a good two hours trudging up and boarding back down again.

The powder was at least two feet deep! You can see it in the video below as I am making a platform for us to clip in on.



So we didn't have the luxury of riding the ski lift and going down a long run, but we did have the benefit of burning a few extra calories as a result! We also fashioned up a jump for ourselves! Watch the video below for that!



Having all that powder sure makes falling a lot easier! I made it out with no bruises!
